    No matter when I come, they are always short staffed, always a long line and wait period. I only come here to get change and make deposits for the company I work with. Chose to close all accounts with them because of the service inside the banks. They even have a designated "business line" BUT because they are always understaffed (2 tellers for customers inside AND drive through) I have to get online with 10+ others and leave my store unattended for at least 30 mins.

    I received a Wells Fargo endorsed check from a trade in at carmax. I proceeded to this Wells Fargo bank and asked if I could cash the check. The teller and manager said they could not cash the check. I proceeded to point out that it was a Wells Fargo check and it even said payable by Wells Fargo. Why they wouldn’t cash a check that was endorsed by them is beyond me. Don’t have carmax give out Wells Fargo checks if you won’t accept them. Even my own two banks said it was ridiculous and Wells Fargo should be ashamed. I will never use a Wells Fargo bank again
